Duende Mountain Duo

The Duende Mountain Duo started in late 2007 as a completely live, improvised electronic act. Now combining live instrumentation alongside computer-based production and DJ-inspired transitions, a new live show experience is formed where production meets performance. Made up of keyboardist and producer Will Little and human drum-machine, Will Stone, Duende has spent the last 4 years shaping it’s sound by pulling inspiration from all subgenres of EDM. The end result is a truly original sound with early roots inspired by French Electro House and UK Drum N Bass blended with current deeper and darker genres such as Dubstep, Glitch and Grime. The term Duende has many different definitions, the simplest being “the ability to attract others through personal magnetism and charm.” In Spanish Art the term is used to describe the magic of improvisation and spontaneous creation: “a sort of corkscrew that can get art into the sensibility of an audience…”

The Deluge

The Deluge is a whirling dervish of a band that possesses a kinetic energy in their live show that will leave audiences swooning long afterwards. Blending Americana, Soul, Jazz, Funk and Rock, the Deluge’s unique sound captures the essences of many musical styles. Formed in 2008, this dynamic and musically diverse group features Brandon Knox on harmonica and vocals, Chris Lord on guitar, George Westberry on bass, Daniel Serriff on guitar and vocals and Jeremy Merritt on drums. The Deluge has shared the stage with many of the top artists in music over the past decade, including Sam Bush, Kofi and Otiel Burbridge, Artimus Pyle and the Carter Brothers.

Marvelous Funkshun

Formed in 2012, Marvelous Funkshun is a psychedelic fusion of funk, blues, jazz and jam rock styles. They have shared the stage with such artists as Tim Reynolds, Kofi Burbridge, Bob Margolin, Tinsley Ellis and The Roots. Characterized by extended improvisation, blues/jazz-flavored guitar and a funky rhythm section, Marvelous Funkshun will keep you dancing all night!
